6. Using the equipment
Gym equipment can be scary and daunting if you don’t know how to use it. Then there are the people who think they know how to use it but seriously don’t.
Having someone spot you when you’re lifting weights is always important, but it’s important that the spotter actually knows what he or she is doing.
8. Leg day
It’s important when working out that you work out all of your body, not just some parts, otherwise you end up looking rather…imbalanced. Also, how does this guy not fall over just standing still?
9. Catching up on reading
The gym isn’t really a place where you catch up on reading. Someone clearly forgot to tell that to this woman.
10. Faking it until you make it
If this guy spent as much time working out as he did in Photoshop he would be at least fairly decently in shape.
